comma delimited not seperating into columns

Just updated Microsoft Service Pack 2, now my Excel won't seperate imported
comma delimited into columns.
Imported data comes with commas, but won't seperate into seperate columns.
What can I do?

Try changing the incoming file to *.TXT if you are using *.CSV

Excel's Text to Columns Wizard will open allowing you to separate.
