I can't seem to get rid of Comet Systems from my program files. Spybot deletes it from the registry. I check the rgistry and itis still there after Spybot delets it. I tried to rename the file and it still loads. I can't delete the file because there is an exe. file that is running somewhere. How do I get rid of it. I got from downloading screensavers and wallpapers from a website. Any help is appreciated.

Cannot delete cssecure.dll: Access is denied.

And when does this occur?

Did add/remove, and was removed from list
Restarted computer
Comet Systems was still in C:/ Program Files.
Tried to delete. Cannot delete dmserver.exe: Access denied.
Went to the task manager and stopped dmserver.exe application.
Was finally able to delete Comet Systems from program files
Deleted Comet Systems form HKLM/Software/Comet from registry
Voila
