? comes out as E with a ' only on e mails

What have I done now?
In word- everything is normal.
But when composing an e mail- the ? key comes out as E with a ' mark. Alos,
the < and > keys give apostophe marks now.
Where is the setting to change this back? Again- it only happens in Windows
Mail- and only started tonight!

Don't compose email in Word. Do it directly in your email program. Work
adds all sorts of formatting and codes that won't come out right in email.

I hit the "refresh" key in the Windows Mail tools and it straightened itself
out!
