Combo on form

I have a combo box in my form header to select the person
in the form whose data I have to change. As there are
over 400 entries I wondered if it was possible to some
how jump to, S, for Smith just by hitting the S on the
keyboard, rather than having to scroll through the whole
list. Then the combo box would take me to the first
person whose name begins with S and I can take it from
there, its not so far to scroll through.
If anybody could help that would be great.

As soon as you click on your combo box, you can start typing the values that
you want to search
