Combo box not showing all fields

I am using Acc03 one of the combo boxes on a form is not showing all of the
fields, when the list is viewed. In the combo box cboAppetite, there are 9
fields, only the combo box field will save the others are for display only.
When the combo box is selected only the data in fields 2 and 3 are visible.
If you select an option then all 9 fields become visible, but only after the
selection. So the user will have to guess as to what to select. This is
only happening on a few computers. Any suggestions? I've deleted and
recreated the combo, created a blank form and add the combo box. I must note
that this form has been in use for 9 months and this has only recently
started to happen.

Thanks

By chance, the field to which the combo box is bound is a text field and has
a Format property setting for the field in the table? If yes, this is a bug
that has been reported by many ACCESS users during past week. It apparently
is a bug in Office 2003 SP3, which was released by MS about a week ago. MS
is aware of the bug and is working on how to fix it.

In the meantime, the "complete workaround" is to remove the Format
property's value from the field's properties in the table's design view.
Otherwise, concatenating the field's value with an empty string also seems
to "overcome" the problem.

The fields were text fields and they were formatted. I removed the format
and they are all showing on the combo box. Thank you
