Combining two Windows Networks?

I have two networks. MSHOME & WORKGROUP. They each have
two users in each network. I want to combine the two
networks to create one network called MSHOME.

How do I do this?
 
Just change the workgroup name to whatever you want it to be.
Then create user accounts & passwords identically on each computer you want
to be able to access the other.
