combining separate spreadsheets

I frequently make separate spreadsheets with timelines on them. Each
row includes a column for the date and other columns with other
details.

Is there any way to combine several such spreadsheets? Such as "Bob's
Timeline" and overlay or combine it with "Ed's Timeline"?
