Combining Presentations

In PowerPoint 2000, can you combine four different presentations into one
presentation. Each one has a different format, background, font, etc. that
needs to be kept with each presentation.

A quick way is to open a new blank presentation and then up in the command
bar select INSERT, then SLIDES FROM FILE, then BROWSE to the next powerpoint
show you want to add. Check the little white box at the bottom left called
KEEP SOURCE FORMATTING and then click INSERT ALL.

If you rinse and repeat with the other three sets of slides you will keep
all the formatting from the different shows and have them dumped into one big
show.

Hope that works for you Glen.
