combining multiple reports in to one

Hi - I am trying to combine several reports into one
report. I created one report and dragged and dropped the
reports into this one's detail section. When I preview
the first report is coming out on 25 pages.
Can anyone help me to fix this.
 
Which is the "first report"? Is this the main report or the top-most
subreport? Are you getting duplicated records? What's wrong with 25 pages?
