Combining inboxes

If I have POP settings for Gmail and my isp mail they both import mail to
the same inbox.
If I use IMAP for Gmail and POP for my isp I get two sets of mailboxes
including another inbox.
Can I combine the two inboxes (and the others) in Personal Folders?
 
Not if you use IMAP. IMAP & HTTP mail boxes get their own message stores
(PST files)
