combine multiple reports

I have 3 separate reports that I would like combined/exported as one file to
be attached and sent via e-mail.

The reports are Table of Contents, Case Listing, and Index.

Since the case listing must be created before the TOC or index can be
created, I don't see how these can be run as one report. Also, the TOC uses
roman numerals as page numbers while the others don't.

Is there a way to combine all 3 pieces into a single .rtf, .doc, or .pdf ?
