IS THERE A QUICK WAY TO TAKE TEXT OR NUMBERS FROM 3 OR 4
CELLS AND PUT IT ALL IN ONE CELL?

Yes - try this formula in the cell where you want them to
display
=A1 & A2 & A3 ................

where A1, A2 & A3 are the cells to combine.

if you want spaces between each item you will have to use

=A1 & &" " & A2 & " " & A3 ................
