COM PORT

Dear All,

I'd like to know if is there's a command and/or utility in order to releas
com port (serial) no more used but allocated by the system, so if I try to
install usb/bluetooth devices I get com port numbers greater (like com 20)
but I need low numbers like 3,4,5

You may remove the assignments in Device Manager.
