Com Port

I am attempted to add my cell phone to my laptop was a
wireless modem. All is ok until during the installation
wizard I have to select the com port. There are no com
ports showing to choose from. Any ideas?

What do you have the wireless connected to? You have to

make sure that your computer bios allows you to have ir to
use it correctly. Dont forget an interupt.

Thanks for the response. I have it direct wired to the
serial port via the manufacturer's cable. What do I need
to do with interupts?

Turn on the Com port in the BIOS. Check the manual for the BIOS access
method.
