COM port sharing

I have a Win 2000 server and i want to share on of it's
COM ports. I would like to access this port from a Win XP
computer over a TCP/IP network. Is this possible?

i have seen software that will let you do this, it was out there on the web
somewhere. it was originally made to share a modem bank over a network.
try a few searches and see if its still out there.
