COM Port communication on 4.1

Greetings,

Doing a search on prior topics found that back in March a
few talked about talking across the IrDA/Serial Ports
through the CF. However those posts have since been
removed.

Is there another place I can look to figure out how to
open a Com Port and talk to other devices using C# and
the CF?
