have iis running a virtual web directory, and shows html ok, but when trying
to view an .asp page get server application error http 500
further drilling down, com+ cant expand to see whats running, because says
ms dtc not running - true enough, msdtc service wont start
have removed and installed both com+ and msdtc
in the event log it shows
