C Claudia Oct 7, 2003 #4 -----Original Message----- My colums changed from letters to numbers. Do not know why. I want hem to be letters. All my worksheets changes. . Click to expand... I had this problem for months before I realized how to correct it: Format: Cells: Number Tab: Category = TEXT Excel reads numbers like formulas, so if you format the cell to TEXT, it will read exactly what you type and not try to formulate the information. Good Luck.
