Columns have changed from letters to numbers

There's got to be a quick and easy answer to this problem. Somehow the
column designations on our Financial Secretary's computer have all changed
to numbers instead of letters. It was probably an accidental few keystrokes
or mouse clicks that did it. It makes it quite confusing to read cell
designations and makes formulas all but impossible to edit . What do I do
to change them back?
