Of course there is. When you open the Report in Design View, you can resize
Controls in the Report to your heart's content.

Access reports, strictly speaking, do not have "Columns", so some might ask
"What are you talking about?" My guess is that you are talking about a
Tabular-format Report generated using the Report Wizard, and the answer is
still the same: once the Report is generated, open it in design view and
resize/move/add/delete/replace Controls in any way you wish.
