Steve

I forget how to accomplish this simple task. I have a
column of times which I would like to switch to a row.

Can you please point me in the correct direction.

Steve, use Paste Special with Transpose. So:

1-Select the data (the column).
2-Edit > Copy.
3-Select a destination cell.
4-Edit > Paste Special > Transpose > OK.

Edit>copy, then select a cell and do edit>paste special and check transpose

Copy the column, right click on the target, select paste special, check off
transpose.

Derrick

Thanks for the explicit directions. There must be some
length limitation. I can get it to work for a portion of
my column, but not all of it.

I've also tried highlighting the whole column (following
all the direction) using a highted row. I've tried it a
couple ways, but get the "Copy and Paste Area are not the
same size message".

Thanks for your help...

Yes, That's what I've determined is my issue. I'll need
find another way to analyze this admission times to
compare them with discharge times.
