column names

I got a excell sheet that the column names have been changed from A,B,C,D ect
to 1,2,3,4 ect. I need to change them back to the A,B,C,D ect. How do I do
that??

Uncheck the check box in
menu Tools>Options>General Tab>R1C1 reference style...

Name Conflict

Name cannot resemble a reference

Old Name: A1
New Name: (space to type)

There are names ranges A,B etc; which will need to be converted to something
different (say nameA,nameB etc;) OR otherwise there will be conflict with the
column name referencing.. where A denotes column A
