Using Office 2007.

I would love to be able to send the column history out to a report so that
all changes to all fields could be viewed in one window. Is this possible?

So the question behind your question is "Does Access keep a record of
changes to my data?" No. You need SQL Server for that. Or you need
to use Allen Browne's code to do it.
