column headings gets changed in outlook 2003

Sometimes, not always, I will notice my column headings change in Outlook.
In my inbox I have the "from" column set up and at times it changes to "to".
This also happens in my Sent Items & System Cleanup.

it's your view. you either need to reset it or change the view. look on the
Views menu.

I don't understand why I have to constantly change the view. After I
installed Outlook 2003 on my pc, I went to the Field Chooser and selected my
Column headings. After a while, they got changed back to the original.
Sometimes it just happens during the middle of the day. This has happened to
several users after receiving Outlook 2003.

something is either changing the view or resetting it. Did you change the
global view or just the folder view?

I'm not to sure what this "global view" is that you mentioned. Is this
something on the Exchange 2003 Server or on the client side?

All I can tell you is that it stopped happening to me, but some of my
coworkers are experiencing it on a random basis. I probably need to pinpoint
it down.
