column headers

On my Inbox in Outlook, there is a bar above the list of incoming e-mail that
says "drag a column header here to group by that column." How can I get rid
of that - I keep hitting it by mistake and then everything gets grouped up,
when I don't want it to. HELP - this is new and just appeared - I have no
idea how I managed to do it, but I want to get rid of it!

That's the Group By Box - it's on the Advanced Toolbar right next to the
Current View window - turn on the toolbar and float your cursor along 'till
you find it!
