Colours and Colors

I would like to display Semi realistic colour either
auomatically or manually from an extended Patterns colour
menu to cells that refer to a database of Lab or RGB
values.

Any ideas?
 
Hi Alan,
Excel provides for 56 colors. You can change the colors in
your palette for a workbook but if you are looking to extend it
to more than 56 colors you are out of luck. My page on Colors is

Other than picking at a few of your words, I really don't know
what your are looking for. Hope I came close. Pictures
would not be restricted to the color palette.
