Colour or hi-lite file name in file manager

Is there any utility which I can colour or hi-lite file name in file
manager?

If you mean "search for a string and highlight that string"
then you can do that with something called "Hilitext".

If you look hard you can find older freeware versions that
work fine - (recent versions are no longer freeware).

This program works globally - just about in any windows
application.
