Colour of Start Menu. Title bars, etc.

Is there any way to change the colour to the Start button, the Start Menu,
the background colour of the start menu or the tilte bars of windows, keeping
the XP style appearance?

You can change the colours of the XP theme in Display Properties. (Right
Click desktop and select Properties)
XP comes with three themes installed Blue(Default), Silver and Olive Green.
Other themes can be downloaded from the internet.

From what I can remember the Start button doesnt change colour,

Sorry I left a bit out - I meant apart from blue, green and silver. I did
conduct a search and did find other themems on the Net. Thank you.
