colour code emails from different people for easy identification

I want to be able to colour code emails from my important clients so that
when they appear in my mail box the line I see in coloured.

Lotus Notes allows this feature in ver 6 onwards and I would like to see
this in OUtlook

Select your Inbox, then Tools | Organise. Click the Colour button (on the
left). Now you can make rules based on the sender's name. So you must
highlight an email from Bloggs, Fred and select a colour (eg Red). Then
press Apply.

All new emails from Fred and existing ones will go Red.

Please POST your VERSION next time as there are other things you need to
know depending on your version.
