How do I blend colors of a theme? I have solid colors and will like to be
able to mix them to create a nicer look. I have frontpage 2003
 
Perhaps in a image editing, or graphics editing program? Can you clarify
what you are trying to do?

I want the color to start solid and then gradually go ligther. Just like the
upper colors here in Microsoft Office Online page, it starts orange and
gradually changes to white.
 
You will need create the gradient part in a graphic application of your choice.
