colors of website are a n absolute horror !

i just purchased an Acer tablet pc with windows XP
installed and when i looked at my website the colors are a
nightmare. the subtle purples are all blue the muted greens
have no greenness to them the violets have turned dark
purple it's a nightmare.
is this a windows xp problem or a tablet pc problem? i
noticed when i set my desktop color using the properties
and appearance feature and went to choose a custom color
that the color palette was odd. all the grays are very
bluish toward the bottom of the palette. nothng like what
it was in windows 2000 on a desktop i was using. i tried
setting 16 bit high color but that didn't shift the colors
toward my website any tho the colors did shift.
i am ready to sell the notebook for a nickel and take the
loss unless i can solve this very disappointing problem.

I think you should immediately contact Acer tech support and possibly
for a replacement. I've seen a lot of tablet PC's this week, and their
graphics are just as beautiful as any laptop; i.e., very nice. It
sounds like there is a hardware problem with your tablet. You might
want to check in the Microsoft table pc newsgroup for more information,
