colors of a picture from clip organizer in PowerPoint 2007

Dear sir,
Searching for the way of changing colors of a picture from clip organizer in
PowerPoint 2007, I came across this protocol:
When you insert a Microsoft Windows Metafile from the Clip Organizer, you
can change the colors in the picture (for example, to match the color scheme
of your presentation). If the picture is a bitmap, .jpg, .gif, or .png file,
you need to edit its colors in an image editing program.
1. Select the picture you want to modify.
2. On the Picture toolbar, click Recolor Picture
3. Do one of the following:
1. Click Colors to change any color in the picture.
2. Click Fills to change only background or fill colors in the picture.
4. Select the check box for each color you want to change. To choose a
different color, click the arrow next to the new color to see more colors.
But there is no Colors or Fills options in the Recolor Picture menu. There
are just five options: Color Modes, Dark Variations, Light Variations, More
Variations and Set Transparent Colors. I did not have this problem with
PowerPoint 2003 and could change colors of a windows metafile (*.wmf) easily
.. I would be grateful if you help me.
Regards,

Rasool,
The tool to change the colours has gone from PPT 2007 I'm afraid. As you
said it has been replaced with the variations, there are many off course
which makes it a little less painful.

After speaking with Technical Support, I have been informed that this feature
is no longer available in PowerPoint 2007. I was told that there were
request to change the shading of an object and therefore was replaced with
this feature. His suggestion was to send an e-mail to
"(e-mail address removed)" to request this feature back.
But as of right now there are now plans to have this feature returned in an
update.
