removing all headers and footers

Is there a way to reassign colors, or find out what colors go with what
features in Word. I have to use some different visibility colors (yellow type
on green background) for my eyesight problem, and most screen colors in Word
are fine, but I get bizarre colors for the table of contents feature? I know
Windows XP controls this, but it is very hard to find what colors go with
table of contents, as they are overlaid?

Thanks.

Perhaps you've already done this but I'll ask anyway: Have you checked
XP's Accessibility Options?

Word:
To change the colors for the TOC, use the Format, Sytles and Formating.
There are color controls in there. You didn't give a rev, so if it's
not under Format, look around for the Styles editor. Edit the TOC
styles and formatting for the colors you need.

If you can't find it, come back with your Word Version and someone will
be able to give you step by steps.
