Colored Worksheet Tabs

I've been told that you can change the color of the tab
for a worksheet in Excel 2000 by right clicking on the
tab. However, I have looked and looked and can't figure
out how to do it. Does anyone know how to do this?

This feature was introduced until Excel 2002.
