I have just arrived here and need some help from anyone who can.
I am deep into digital photograhy and digital imaging. I would post there but it seems that the last post there was Feb 21. I was afraid that no one was looking there.
Anyway. I have an hp pavilion pc system using MS XP. I bought the ColorVision Spyder 2.1 software last year to color correct my monitor for viewing and printing. At first all went well. Now I don't seem to be able to bring my monitor colors to their target specs. I can adjust the K color bars, using the monitor controls, as much as I want and can't seem to get an apprpriate response from the software.
Has anyone used this software and has this problem cropped up?
I have been trying to contact the ColorVision website but as yet have not received an appropriate answer to this problem.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
