One time I have colored my table row indivdually but I for got how to do it
again.
Can Anyone help me PLEASE?

You can't do this in a TABLE. You might be able to in a form or report, but
not in the table.

YOu can't.

What you can do is create a continuous Form based on your table, and
use the Format... Conditional Formatting menu option to color code the
Background Color of the controls on the form.
