Color Records in different colors on Tabular form

Is there a way to change the color of the record on tabular form
depending on some value in this record without changing color of others.
Or atleast the backcolor of the field.

Not asking about records on DataSheet view, but if this possible if would be
just great.

Any tricks would work for me.

A2K or higher supports Conditional Formatting which works in all form
views.
