I have just installed Windows 2000 Professional. For some
reason I am not given the option to have True Color 24-
bit. only 16-bit. Also, I cannot find the profile I need
within My Computer folders. Any advice much appreciated.

Make sure that you have the right monitor model and drivers selected. Right
click on an empty part of your desktop, go to Properties, Settings,
Advanced, Monitor
Check that you have the correct drivers for your graphics card loaded in the
same place by clicking on the Adapter tab.

Download and install updated video card drivers from the manufacturers
web site for your video card..
