color printing

Do you have any suggestions on fixing the color printer
to print in color? It will print in black ink but not
color (There are two seperate cartridges). This has been
a problem for a few months but was not a problem before
we installed a new color cartridge.
If you have any suggestions I would appreciate your help.

Providing it's not a user error and you've set the printer to print in
grayscale......

If it's a Canon printer, change the print head....

If it's another make and model of printer, post back with your make and
model.
