color picker not working

It seem the color picker is not working the way it should. Usually , I am
able to define the color under "Custom Color", however, I don't see the
"define" button . Any ideas?

Select Custom tab, right click to select any white box in the bottom two rows.

Yes, I did get the pop-up to define my color.However, there was a
"define" button under the "custom" tab which I could click on (instead
of rightclicking as u suggested)
