Hi
Is there anyway of going into any settings and changing
the red flags in the cells that hold comments from red to
another color?

Thank You

I don't believe that's possible, sorry.

There was a creative solution to create a triangle shape
with another color and overlay that over the comments
but I doubt that it is worth the trouble for most people.

Here is a link to overlaying a shape over the triangle
it appears to have started with something from DavePeterson

Just in case you are not aware, later versions have
different colors with different meanings in different corners.
You might be creating additional problems by the deception.

Hi Sue,
Actually there was an earlier use of a triangle shape overlaying
the cell comment to change the apparent color, you might want to
check out both threads instead of just one of them.

Also check out another macro doing same thing, mainly by Dave Peterson, 2003-04-25,
