Excel Color line charting in Excel

Hello: I am using Microsoft Excel 2002 in Windows XP Professional. I have created a chart with a line representing a goal and a second line representing the actual numbers. If the actual numbers line is below the goal line, I would like it to be red; if it is above the goal, I would like it to be green. I tried conditional forming, but it doesn't change the color of the line. Is it possible to do this, and if so, how can it be done? Thank you for any help you can give me...

I've never come across conditional formatting for charts, however, from a Google search I have discovered it's possible. I believe this website instructs how conditional charts can be created.
