color dots all over the screen slow downs

When i turn on the pc it works like normal but like half hour later color dots appear all over the screen then the pc slows down and time later reinitiate

¿what's happening please help me

i reinstalled the opperative sistem but it continues doing it..

please forgive me for the bad speeching but thats 'cause im from Argentina

HELP ME PLEASE
 
Sounds like hardware (video card) problem to me..
Did you try another video card?
