Color coding.

I tried to change my email by color coding but when I was doing the lesson I
was told to go into Tools then Organize but organize was not highlighted and
I could not go into it. What do i do?

You can access the Automatic Formatting rules through View | (Arrange By) |
Current View | Customize Current View
