Color Code?

Is there any kind of code I can enter in to my functions to change the
color of output text.

Say, I have a nested if statement and I want the answers to not only
come out as a certain letter but also colored

So instead of just A coming out it'd be A colored Red.

I know I can just change the color of the field but I want the color to
change based on the answer to the if statement if possible.

You can have up to 3 colors/conditions with Format|conditional formatting. Plus
the "normal" color.
