color change question

I am setting up a spreadsheet to track my store's daily sales. What I am
trying to do is to change the color of the cells depending on what the sales
total for the day is. For example if the daily total is $0 the cell would be
red, if the daily total was not zero the cell would be green. Any help?

Hi Travis,

Use Conditional Format under Format.

For the green Cell Value Is > greater than > 0 > Format > Pattern > click
green >OK > OK
For the red Cell Value Is > equal to > ="" > Format > Pattern > click red >
OK > OK
