COLOR CATEGORIES IN PUBLIC FOLDERS

We utilize a shared calendar thru public folders however when we upgraded to
2007 the ability to have global color categories seems to have changed. How
do we create global color categories for our shared calendar?

When accessing a public folder, Outlook uses your personal Master Category
List. If you want all users to see the same categories and colors, you need
to create the same Master Category List on every computer.

With GPC it's possible to deploy categories but not the colors. You may do
that manually, or try Category Manager: For details and the download please
