Collections have dessapeared!

My collections have dessapeared! Noting at all anymore in it. Why is this?
How could I recover them?

Michel,

I've had that happen a number of times.... if MM2 detects a corruption or
other problem in the collection database file, it'll delete it and start you
off with a new one... once gone, I don't think you can recover it.

If your collection database and project files are important, you need to be
backing them up routinely.
