Collecting data via email problem

Hi,
I want to use the Collecting data via email feature but i am having a problem.
I need to collect from our team leaders information on what their employees
worked on in the past week.for each employee activity i have 1 record, but
the wizard give me the option to enter only on record per email while each
team leader have to report on 11 people.
can the email be design as a table to every TL will send me all the data in
one simple mail?

Jonathan,

I don't think that is going to work. The collect data via email is record
based and therefore you won't be able to send a complete table.

What you can try is add an email to every record so each employee gets an
additional field called "ReportsTo". Put the emailaddress of the teamleaderin
that specific field. Now from that query or table you can send the various
emails. Be aware that for every record the teamleader will receive a seperate
mail. Don't think they will be very happy with that solution but you might
give it a try.
