Collapsible List

I am creating a webpage with collapsible lists.
I created the list following the instructions as per FrontPage Help. The
problem is it works fine on my computer, even when viewing the website on our
test server, however, when my team mates view it, the list is not collapsed
nor is it dynamic.
Has anyone run into this problem before?

It's a well-known problem in FP.

Check this out - a quick and easy way to
get expandible lists. This method solves the problem with FP's collapsible
list code that is NOT FF/NN compatible, and will therefore work in all
browsers.

It uses some CSS, and the FP Change Property behavior.
